◦ Reference pieces: FLORA, MOSSY, and imagine if FLORA and MOSSY were larger and combined! Whew!
◦ (Approx.) Price range: $160 - $250+*
(Initial payment: $80*)
◦ Design & Creation time: 2-3+ weeks
✧ Tier 2 ✧
◦ Elaborate design, Medium scale
◦ Reference pieces: LAWLIET, TEMARI
◦ (Approx.) Price range: $120 - $160
(Initial payment: $60)
◦ Design & Creation time: 1-2 weeks
✧ Tier 3 ✧
◦ Not too simple, not too elaborate design -- a perfect balance
◦ Reference pieces: FAIRY OF SHAMPOO, NOVA, RAKTA

Timeline & Payments
Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, Stripe. All payments include tax & are non-refundable. US only!⁺ ° ˖ ✧ Conceptualize + Brainstorm ✧ ˖ ° ⁺

Ex. For Tier 3, the initial payment is $30.
Tier level may be adjusted if I think the initial design warrants it.⁺ ° ˖ ✧ Rough draft + Input stage ✧ ˖ ° ⁺
I will provide rough drafts of what I envision, and we can adjust them accordingly! I’ll provide an estimate of the cost upon your approval of a design.Note: All images, sketches, and rough drafts I provide are solely property of SOLANOIA and may NOT be shared with other vendors. Thank you for understanding!⁺ ° ˖ ✧ 2nd payment ✧ ˖ ° ⁺
50% of estimated remaining cost
Ex. If the estimated total cost is $100 for a Tier 3 piece ($30 initial payment), the 2nd payment will be $35.
½ x ($100 - $30) = $35
This payment will be due before I begin creating the piece.⁺ ° ˖ ✧ Piece creation + Minor input ✧ ˖ ° ⁺
I will check in with you often to get your opinions so that the piece is to your satisfaction!Note: Please be understanding and refrain from changing decisions last-minute – Chances are I’ve already started using it for the design and may have to charge a small fee to make up for the time & used materials.⁺ ° ˖ ✧ Final payment ✧ ˖ ° ⁺
Covers the rest of the cost
The final total (including shipping, if applicable) will be provided upon completion of the piece, with updates beforehand about any major price changes.
The final payment is due within 48 hours of jewelry completion. A late fee of 10% of the remaining cost will be incurred for every extra day of no payment.⁺ ° ˖ ✧ Final jewelry piece is shipped ✧ ˖ ° ⁺

By placing an order for custom jewelry at SOLANOIA, you are agreeing to the following terms:⁺ ° ˖ ✧ Orders ✧ ˖ ° ⁺✧ I will send invoices/payment requests that must be timely paid before the next stage of the timeline, else risk late fees and/or discontinuation of service.✧ Prices may be adjusted as I see necessary (if there are any changes) as indicated in the "Timeline & Payments" section.✧ I reserve the right to decline any commission/custom requests. This may be due to scheduling, or if I feel that I cannot confidently fulfill your request.Requests likely to be denied: Intricate cabochon wire-wrapping, keychains✧ Preparation/processing time ranges from 3 business days to 3+ weeks, and is subject to change if I feel it is necessary.⁺ ° ˖ ✧ Shipping ✧ ˖ ° ⁺✧ Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, but expect that delivery times will be longer during holiday seasons.✧ I am not responsible for anything that may happen to the package once it has been shipped. If any issues arise in transit, whether they be delays or lost packages, please contact USPS with the package tracking number.
